WENDY SPRAY COACHING

I have been coaching for 18 years. I have a CIPD Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring - Practitioner Level 7.

I am passionate about enabling people to identify and achieve their goals and help them reach their full potential. I have a particular focus on job coaching and coaching academics and employees in the voluntary and statutory sectors.

 

My career has included estate based community work, setting up and running a University course, being a Senior Manager in a Housing Association and working in Africa.

Throughout my career I have had a coaching style of management as I strongly believe this is the most effective way to get the best outcomes for both the individuals and the organisation.
